Return Policy:

  2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  3. Receipt: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  4. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  5. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Sale or clearance items
    • Underwear and Bras for hygiene reasons

Exchange Policy:

  1. Eligibility: Items must be exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date. Unboxing/unwrapping video as evidence that the item received is defective.
  2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  3. Receipt: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
  4. Exchange Process: You can exchange items for a different size or color. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
  5. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Return or Exchange:

Please include your order number and reason for return/exchange in the email. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and send a replacement item or issue a refund.
