- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Receipt: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

- Exchange Process: You can exchange items for a different size or color. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How to Return or Exchange:
- Online Purchases: Contact our customer service team at mommykitsph@gmail.com or in any of our social media platform to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your order number and reason for return/exchange in the email. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and send a replacement item or issue a refund.
